A CRM can contain up to 30 % duplicates. Dedup'me will eliminate these redundant entries, ensuring an accurate and reliable customer database.
Your teams waste 10 hours a week cleaning up duplicates and redundantly recontacting them, when they should be spending that time engaging with new prospects and customers.
Revenue slips through the cracks when your team misses upsell or cross-sell moments and sales cycles drag on. Streamlining your process means faster deals — and more value from every customer.
Duplicates can reduce the return on investment of marketing campaigns by 20 to 30 %. By eliminating duplicates, your tool will significantly increase the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.
Dedup'me identifies duplicates in a data file. We use various AI-assisted algorithms to understand the data and determine whether it is a duplicate already present in your file.
Dedup'me is aimed at two types of users :
- Tech people (CRM managers, Revops, Growth hackers), who work with large amounts of CRM data
- Sales, Partnerships people and Founders, who can work on their own with data files and need to deduplicate them
Security is our top priority. Your data is first encrypted so that Dedup'me cannot access it. The data is then processed only for deduplication, and in EU datacenters.
Not yet, we've just launched the tool! Tell us what you need and we'll try to include it in our roadmap. The next integrations will be with Hubspot and Salesforce, so that your lists can be automatically deduplicated in your CRM.
Absolutely! Dedup'me interface is user-friendly and intuitive, designed for both technical and non-technical users. You can upload your lists and personalise your matching without any coding knowledge.
Data is encrypted at rest with AES 256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+.
